Privacy notice

When you send an enquiry, Kactus Creative collects the details you type into the form: your name, business, email, current website, and your answers about the project. We also store a one-way scrambled code derived from your internet address, only to stop spam; it cannot be turned back into the address.

We use these details only to reply to you about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with anyone else.

Your enquiry is stored with our database provider, Supabase, which may hold data outside Canada. If you become a client, the project information and files you share through your private project area are stored the same way.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email kactuscreative@gmail.com.
